Able to publish new posts till July 2012, a change of format by the blog provider meant I was unable to find the 'orange pencil' on which I needed to click to make new postings, or to edit or delete old ones. So, nothing about the rather important events since then have been published.
After many attempts, in March 2013 I have finally managed to find a way which I hope might be successful, Fingers crossed.
Though I am not at all important, those events were. Basically & briefly, they concern the attempts by the Legal/Judicial Mafia, (headed on this occasion by Attorney General Dominic Grieve, but eventually by Lord Chief Justice Lord Igor Judge himself), to silence my exposure of the corruption which is rampant in the British Courts.
Significantly, rather than a Criminal Prosecution, where the Defendant has (limited) protection against an unfair trial, it took the form of a Civil Action in the High Court of 'Justice'(???), where the Defendant has NO protection at all!
There was a 'hearing' in the Royal Courts of 'Justice'(???) on 23rd January 2013 for my 'Committal' (supposedly for Contempt of Court), when Igor Judge imposed 28 days imprisonment on each of two counts, suspended for 12 months.
Fortunately, I had had the good sense to seek safety in the Republic of Ireland, so the 'trial' took place in my absence, me being 'represented'(???) by a solicitor & barrister who were completely useless.
To cut a long story short, the most illuminating aspect of the Judgment by Igor Judge was that, incensed by his inability to get his hands on me, he forgot his usual careful choice of words, & let slip that had I been present, there would have been NO prison sentences, but that he would have been "keen to grasp a Medical Disposal" - i.e. have me dragged off to Stalinist 'Mental Hospital', a practice described by Nobel Laureate Alekzandr Solzhenitsyn as "Worse Than The Gas Chambers".
The 'Medical Disposal' (of Norman Scarth) is chillingly reminescent of the 'Final Solution' (to the Jewish Problem'!)
